Bagaimana mempunyai peternakan uang?

Pilih mana peternakan uang atau peternakan kambing?

saya pilih peternakan uang DAN Kambing.


Untuk mempunyai peternakan uang kita butuh STRATEGI 20% & KEYAKINAN 80% yang benar. 

Ada 3 strategi mempunyai peternakan uang:

1. Menunda Kesenangan

Untuk menuda kesenangan kita harus mengenal yang namanya WEALTH STYLE dan LIFE STYLE. Kebanyakan orang (80%) orang merasa kepingin sekali TAMPAK KAYA, mereka mengutamakan LIFE STYLE bukan WEALTH STYLE. 

Apa bedanya LIFE STYLE & WEALTH STYLE?

- Life style: Anda mengeluarkan uang dan mengeluarkan uang selanjutnya untuk perawatan/perbaikan. contoh: Beli HP terbaru, sepeda motor terbaru, mobil terbaru/rumah terbaru.

- Wealth style: Anda mengeluarkan uang untuk menghasilkan UANG yang lebih banyak. ini gaya yang bener2 membuat kita jadi kaya, bukan gaya yang membuat kita TAMPAK KAYA. 

contoh: Investasi buka usaha sendiri, ternak ayam/kambing/sapi, jual beli barang elektronik/otomotif, saham dll.

"Menunda Kesenangan maksudnya menunda LIFE STYLE" terlebih dahulu"


Ada 3 hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk membeli barang untuk Lifestyle kita:

a. menunggu sampai punya Pasif Income

b. Menunggu sampai punya 10x lipat penghasilan(income) dari harga barang untuk LIFE STYLE yang kita inginkan.

c. Menurunkan Kesenangan nya tapi tetap senang  (Misal mampu beli barang baru yasudahlah beli yang bekas (second) )


2. ASET ALOKASI

a. Pilihlah investasi yang tepat

b. Faktor bagi hasil yang UNTUNG 

c. WAKTU (Uang + Sistem) Bagi hasil yang digulung/Putar kembali  + Waktu)

Warren Buffett : 23% per tahun

Peter Liencs.    : 27% per tahun

George Soros   : 32% per tahun

Prinsip Aset Alokasi : Minimal 10% untuk hari tua

3. ALOKASI KESENANGAN

a. Terlalu boros

b. Terlalu pelit (suka membantu/sedekah)
